Sprouts are miniature plants.  In short, sprouts are the results of plant seeds that have germinated.  The are young miniature plants that are edible.  They can be eaten raw or lightly cooked.  They have a long history dating back over 5000 years!  People have cultivated and consumed them for nutritional and medicinal benefits since ancient times.

Sprouts are delicious!  Incorporating sprouts into your diet is easy!
